These belonged to my mother, and she used them for guests. Remember the days when we had "special" dishes, desserts, and even rooms set aside for guests. And guests could pop over anytime. No phone call. Just a knock at the door. You had to be prepared! Mom was prepared with these gorgeous berry bowls. They served her well. Usually filled with nuts to be served with cocktails. Gorgeous.
