We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States (no Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations).

All items are large/heavy goods: We offer FREE flat-rate LTL freight shipping for all orders.

Handling time: 3 business days; most orders deliver within 3–6 business days (may extend to 6 days if fulfilled from a distant warehouse).

Delivery requirements: FedEx will schedule a delivery appointment—include a valid phone number in your order. Someone must be present to sign for delivery (driver only offloads to driveway; additional assistance incurs extra charges).

Address note: We only ship to your PayPal verified address. Double-check before ordering; address changes after processing must be handled via FedEx Delivery Manager.

Inspection reminder: Inspect packages carefully before signing—refuse damaged items and contact us immediately.

Consider what you’ll store or protect (e.g., vehicles, equipment, livestock), required clearance for movement or maintenance, local zoning regulations, and future expansion. Measure your largest item and add extra space for airflow and access.

What industries commonly use your shelters and portable buildings?
These products serve agriculture (livestock, equipment storage), construction (site offices, tool storage), events (toilets, sanitation), commercial warehousing, mining, and residential (carports, backyard offices).

Can I use your shelters year-round in harsh weather conditions?
Yes…structures are engineered with reinforced frames and weather-resistant covers to withstand wind, snow, rain, and UV exposure. For extreme climates, upgraded PVC fabric or double-truss frames are recommended.

Are installation instructions and support provided?
Yes…detailed installation manuals are included with all major products (shelters, gates, prefab units). Many customers confirm installation guides are clear and easy to follow.

We hope every product meets the customer's expectations. However, due to shipping or other factors, customers may encounter some issues when receiving their orders.If this happens, please contact us within 30 days through "My Messages" or "Ask Seller Questions" . We're pleased to work with you to resolve the matter.

If an item arrives damaged, please provide photos of the package, the damaged item, the SKU, and the tracking label. We will offer a full/partial refund based on the condition of the damage.

If an item is damaged or missing parts, please photograph the issue and use the instruction manual to inform us of the part number and quantity. We will either reship the missing parts or issue a partial refund based on the situation.

If you receive the wrong item, please include photos of the product and all labels on the package so we can verify the product details. You may choose to have the correct item reshipped or accept a discount to keep the item.

We accept product returns:
Please note: All returns must be processed through customer service channels. Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be identifiable and will not be accepted.

However, in the following situations, customers are responsible for shipping costs if they wish to return an item
1. You don't like the product after received.
2. You no longer need the product after received.
3. You order the wrong product.

NOTE: Make sure everything is back in the original packaging and the prior opening will not affect the reselling of the product.

The refund will be released once our warehouse received all the packages.
