Return Policy
If you're not happy with an item please contact us immediately so that we can help resolve the issue.  We carefully inspect every item and attempt to describe it accurately.  If you do need to make a return please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order and make arrangements to return the item. All items must be returned in original condition. *Sealed items may not be returned once opened.*  When shipping returns, we recommend using delivery confirmation.  Once we have received the returned item we will issue a credit.

Shipping
Orders are usually shipped the next business day.  Media mail may take 3- 10 days, while priority mail usually takes 2-5 days depending on your location.  Free Shipping orders are sent via USPS Media Mail.
