The original neck tie did not come with the top when I purchased it, I included a white ribbon but you could use any color ribbon or any string you’d like with it! Sometimes the garments are clipped a bit to fit the mannequin better if they are too large- so the measurements are the best way to determine fit! I lay the items flat and measure them across the armpits (to determine bust), waist, etc. I double the flat lay measurements to get the true measurements shown in the description! I take non-stretched, and stretched measurements if the piece has stretch. Shoulder to hem, bust to hem, waist to hem, inseam, and rise measurements are not doubled.
