The GOOD:  no warpage. The neck is straight. No cracks, holes in body..

The BAD:      whoever did the neck reset didn't clean up. Cob job.  See pics. Might be a screw in there.

The UGLY:  dried glue dripping from the neck down to the F-hole Sea pic. 

Definitely a good candidate for a partial or complete restoration. Neck joint is solid although sloppy.
