A few strands of Fringe have stretched a bit but could be trimmed.
TIE BELT
FLARED TROUSERS with Elasticated Waist. Hanging Loops attached.
Waist Approx 20" - 36" when fully expanded.
Label says expands to 38" but in my opinion I think that might be a bit too tight.
Inside Leg Approx 24.5"
Hem looks like it's been shortened so possibly inside leg could be lengthened a bit if needed.
Some light general age wear.
