PROPERTIES:
This multi-purpose polyester putty is engineered for filling both deep dents and minor surface defects. It is perfectly optimized for effortless manual and mechanical sanding, significantly reducing labor time. The compound delivers excellent structural flexibility combined with superior, reliable adhesion to a wide range of both primed and unprimed automotive substrates.

COLOUR:
light yellow

SURFACE:

• steel - degrease, sand, blow and degrease again with "BOLL Silicone remover", then apply another coat.
• aluminium - degrease, sand, blow and degrease again with "BOLL Silicone remover", then apply another coat.
• old paint coatings - sand with P220-P280, blow, degrease with "BOLL Silicone remover", then apply the next coat.
• two-component acrylic primer - sand with P220-P280, blow, degrease with "BOLL silicone remover", then apply the next coat.
• polyester laminates - sand with P80-P120, blow and degrease with "BOLL Silicone remover", then apply another coat.

INFORMATION:
The putty should not be applied directly on wash primers or one-component acrylic and nitrocellulose products.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

• Density at 20°C: 1,80 – 1,90 g/cm3
• Solubility in water: very slight
• Viscosity: 300 000 – 450 000 mPa*s
• VOC content: 206 g/l (permissible: 250 g/l)

EQUIPMENT CLEANING:
Wash immediately after application with nitrocellulose thinner or thinner for acrylic products.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Protect the product from excessive heat and cold. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Store in a dry place.

SHELF LIFE:
24 months from the production date on the packaging.
