PROPERTIES:
This professional underbody preservative is formulated from a high-quality bitumen and rubber blend, creating a tough, flexible shield for the vehicle chassis. It provides exceptional, long-term protection against stone chips, gravel impact, road salt, water, and daily mechanical wear. The resilient barrier is completely stable against the corrosive effects of winter de-icing salts and industrial atmospheric emissions. Additionally, due to its heavy, rubberized composition, the compound functions as an efficient acoustic dampener, significantly absorbing road noise and vibrations inside the cabin.

METHOD OF USE:
The product is designed for straightforward application using a BOLL universal spray gun. Before starting, ensure the substrate is thoroughly cleaned, degreased, and completely dry. Mask off all adjacent components to protect from overspray. Shake the container vigorously for approximately 3 minutes to mix the contents properly. For optimal atomization and a professional finish, apply at a working pressure of 3 to 6 bar.

SURFACE:

• two-component acrylic primer - apply the primer, then use a guide coat or topcoat as required. Once fully cured, sand the surface, blow off any dust, degrease thoroughly with "BOLL Silicone Remover," and proceed with the underbody coating.
• epoxy primer - ideal for isolating underlying materials. After the primer has dried, sand the surface, blow clean, degrease with "BOLL Silicone Remover," and then apply the preservative layer.
• polyester putties - ensure the putty is fully cured, then sand to a smooth finish, blow off all debris, degrease the area with "BOLL Silicone Remover," and apply the product.

INFORMATION:
Do not spray toward engine, transmission, brake parts or exhaust system. CAN NOT BE VARNISHED.

EQUIPMENT CLEANING:
Wash the gun with nitrocellulose solvent (Nitro) or white spirit.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Protect the product from excessive heat and cold. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Store in a dry place.

SHELF LIFE:
Two years from the date of production on the packaging.
