RETURN POLICY
In case your fish is dead on arrival, you must report to me within 2 hours of the packages being delivered. You must take clear photos of the fish still in the bag and send them to me and we will then resend another box the following week. I am not responsible if your fish arrive alive and die in your aquarium as I cannot control your water parameters and conditions.
SHIPPING
All guppy orders ship free via USPS First Class and take 2-3 days to get to your door. Our flat rate shipping cost is $7.50. We have the option for customers to upgrade their shipping speed to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air via UPS for an additional fee.
We will ship to the address you have on file with Ebay. Please make sure your current address is updated to avoid delivery issues. We do combine shipping. Please make sure you combine your items before checkout. Items may be shipping from New York or California. We ship out 6 days a week and we ship within 2 business days of receiving payment.
