    A. Why doesn't water flow when I press the trigger?

    1. Check if the lithium battery is dead. If so, recharge it with a charger.

    2. Check that the motor is functioning properly. After turning on the power, the motor should emit a steady humming sound, indicating no problems. If it emits a high-pitched noise, the pump may be faulty.
    3. Water source impurities clog the water inlet filter: Water source impurities clog the water inlet filter, and the nozzle becomes clogged with calcium or particles, resulting in intermittent or no water flow.
    4. Bent or leaking water pipes: Bent or leaking water pipes prevent the high-pressure water inlet or outlet from flowing properly, causing the product to stop spraying.
    5. Printhead malfunction: Improper installation or misalignment of the printhead can cause the motor to rotate normally but not spray water. Alternatively, the printhead may be accidentally bumped during daily use, causing it to break, leak, and become inoperable.
    6. Press and hold the trigger for at least 10 seconds to allow water to be drawn into the unit.
    7. If the pump has not been used for a long time and there is no water stored in it, causing difficulty drawing water, connect the power cord and hold the trigger to simultaneously draw water into the water inlet. Once the unit is flowing properly, connect the water pipe to draw water.

    B. How can I order additional batteries and chargers for this product? Our body interface is compatible with Makita 18V batteries such as the BL1830, BL1840, BL1850, and BL1860. The battery charger uses a DC T-connector (for Makita Star Interface) with a diameter of 12mm.

    C. How can I prevent water leaks?
    When rotating to change spray modes, ensure that each accessory is correctly connected according to the user manual and that the nozzle arrow and mode symbol are in the same position.

    D. Can it be connected to a faucet or garden hose?
    Yes, but additional faucet or garden hose connectors are not included. You will need to purchase an adjustable or size-specific connector. When connected to a faucet, water may spray directly without pressing the switch. This is normal due to the one-way valve in the pump body.

    E. Water is leaking from the machine and water pipes after unpacking. Has it been used?
    Please note that this product undergoes a rigorous water spray test before shipment to ensure proper water flow. Therefore, a small amount of moisture remaining inside the product is normal. Please use with confidence.

    F. The battery is not functioning properly or is draining quickly.
    The battery was not activated or charged upon receipt, was stored for an extended period without regular charging, or was charged with a high current directly after depletion. This can cause polarization of the battery cells and shorten the battery life. It is recommended that the battery be charged even if it still has some charge.
