Construction Guide

Wide Application: This drywall filler set can be used for large-area surface leveling, decorative coating, drywall trimming, filling, plastering, scraping, polishing, painting, wallpaper removal, waterproofing, etc.
Ergonomic Design: The plastering tool set features an ergonomic handle for enhanced comfort, reducing wrist strain during long work. Anti-slip design allows single or two-handed operation. End caps prevent material buildup inside the handle.
Replaceable Blades: The wall scraping set includes flexible 0.3 mm thick stainless steel blades.

Pre-construction Inspection

Check that the wall putty layer is completely dry (moisture content < 10%), firm and free of dust.
Ensure the previous putty layer is fully sanded smooth. This scraper is for ultra-thin smoothing in the final 1–2 coats, not for thick-coat leveling.
Inspect the blade edge for dents, burrs or rust. Minor damage can be repaired with a fine oilstone.

Putty Mixing

Use high-quality fine-grained finish putty.
Mix putty to a fine, soft and moderately viscous consistency, avoiding overly dry or thin mixtures.

Correct Operation

Holding Posture: Grip the handle with both hands, press thumbs on the back of the scraper, and hold firmly. Maintain an angle of 15°–30° between the scraper and the wall.
Force Application: Apply even, consistent pressure using full body and arm movement rather than wrist force.
Scraping Direction: Use one-way long strokes without back-and-forth rubbing. Overlap each pass slightly for full coverage.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean the scraper thoroughly with clean water or a damp cloth immediately after each use, especially the blade edge, to prevent putty from hardening. Dry and store in a dry place.

The product has a sharp edge. Avoid cuts during use, cleaning and storage.
For use only by professional or trained construction personnel.
Do not use for removing hard materials such as old paint or tile adhesive, as this will severely damage the blade edge.
