While working at  I had a friend who went to WWDC and was a part of the staff and was able to get me a few gifts. This one being the rarest pin. She said there were only two of them at that event, and the only other one I’ve seen online is from the Mac directory of pins.

I see 2019 WWDC pins going for $60-600 for the sets, and that common skull one go for $70 in completed sales many times, I think I have this one priced accordingly.
