This is a sweet knife. It's a CRKT 5470 Fossil Flavio Ikoma designed frame locking knife with CRKT's IKBS ball bearing pivot and the extended tang that flips it open quickly. 
This knife is about 9" long when opened. It has the plain edged stainless drop point blade with the extended tang for an effortless opening.
It has the black G10 overlays on the hammered stainless frame with the black spacer and the stainless removable pocket clip.  

This knife is in close to unused condition and appears top have not been carried or used much at all.
