The painting "Vengeful chicken" came to my mind from the first explosion I heard. When I pressed my daughter to my chest, protecting her during the shelling. I'll explain. My daughter is 6 years old, we live in a city that is very close to the front line, and my city suffers from Russian attacks almost every day. That's why I sleep with her at night. And I know that almost every mother who lives in Ukraine keeps her child close to her at night, like a loving mother covering her chick. The chicken hides its little chick under the wing like a mother, hugging her child, trying to keep her baby sleeping peacefully at night. This picture shows us a caring and loving mother who covers her child. Russia's aggression against Ukraine makes us think about revenge. Nothing will be forgotten. No one will be forgiven. Ukraine will avenge the death of its children. This hell will be over soon. Don't doubt it.
In addition, during the war in Ukraine, poultry farming was gaining momentum. Chicken in wartime is the most popular source of food and income for Ukrainians. Peasants defend poultry grants and successfully raise chickens. Eggs and chickens are a kind of symbol of Ukraine's wartime survival.
