Vintage Heart-Man (Suzuki Violin) Bizarre Guitar - Early 70s MIJ / Teisco Era
Up for sale is a rare "Heart-Man" branded electric guitar, produced by the legendary Suzuki Violin Co. during the early 1970s. This model shares the same DNA as Vision, Thomas, and Audition guitars from the same era, likely assembled using high-quality Teisco/Kawai surplus parts.
Compared to earlier 60s bizarre guitars, this early 70s model offers significantly better balance and playability. It delivers that classic "bizarre" tone—punchy and dry, especially with the bridge pickup, which sounds fantastic with overdrive.
Condition & Maintenance:
The guitar has been fully serviced, including deep cleaning, polishing, electronics check, and a fresh string change. It is ready to play out of the box.
- Electronics: Fully functional. Sound is clear across all positions; controls work perfectly.
- Playability: No dead notes or choking. The neck is stable, and the truss rod is functional (adjustable).
- Neck Back: The finish on the back of the neck has been partially removed (likely by a previous owner for a smoother feel). Despite this "played-in" look, the frets remain in good condition, suggesting it was well-maintained.
- Modifications/Missing Parts:
- The tremolo arm and tremolo cover are missing.
- Truss rod cover screws have been replaced.
Specifications:
- Brand: Heart-Man (Suzuki Violin)

Note to Buyers:
This is a vintage Japanese instrument. While it has been professionally adjusted and is very playable, it shows cosmetic wear consistent with its 50-year history. Please refer to the photos for the exact condition.
