This is a Replacement for the Top Part and Arms unit only. Includes the two long brackets attached to the base.

‼️ DOES NOT INCLUDE UNDERSIDE OF BASE NOR C CLAMPS ❗ THIS IS GOOD IF AN ARM GOT BROKEN AND YOU ONLY NEED TO REPLACE THE TOP PART.   No screws No other hardware. Missing 1 of the 4 rubber feet on the base (that goes on your desktop) but not a big deal you can put a piece rubber rug grip or shelf liner or something.  It's just so it doesn't scratch and nonskid.
