Very nice card aside from the hole punches (set was stored in a rolodex......yikes.  Thankfully, it was not handled, so the other flaws on card are very minor.  No creases and very clean aside from the major flaw. 

You are purchasing the item in the picture.  Picture and title should match.  If not, or you have any questions please feel free to reach out.  Title will have all pertinent information about the card (parallel type, card #, serial #, etc)
