To install the spokeshave, follow these steps

1，Loosen the pan head screw and set screw using a screwdriver.

2， Attach the adjustable nuts, and fasten the pan head screws, being careful not to overtighten.

3，Install the blade

4，Adjust the depth of the blade drop by manipulating the nuts until the spokeshave is able to function smoothly.

5，Place the cover plate onto the spokeshave and secure it in place.

Tighten the set screw.

6，Adjust the nut to ensure that the blade is fixed in the proper position, and then tighten the set screw.

Remember to avoid removing too much wood when using the spokeshave.
