Pre-owned items. These badges are vintage, and have visible wear from age and use. The ribbons on the 1931 and 1938 badges are damaged, and seem to be deteriorating, with the 1931 badge being in worse condition. The ribbon on the 1940 badge has slight fraying. The patina of the badge metals has some tarnishing. Sold as is, see pictures for additional reference.
