Antique Flow Blue gravy boat and underplate in the Windsor pattern, manufactured by John Edwards (or J. Edwards) operated in the Staffordshire pottery district of England
Semi-porcelain (also known as "porcelaine de terre"), a durable white earthenware designed to mimic finer porcelain
Windsor pattern features a classic blue-and-white transferware design with gold (gilt) accents on the rim and handle
“Flow Blue" style is characterized by the deliberate blurring or "flowing" of the blue cobalt glaze into the surrounding white area during the firing process
The mark "John Edwards England" typically dates this piece to between 1880 and 1900
Please note chip in one of the front scallops of the gravy boat and another small chip as shown in last pictures
