HOW WE PACKAGE YOUR ORDERS
All cards are secured in a top loader or semi-rigid holders & team bag. Orders valued $5 or less will ship standard mail using premium trading card envelopes. Orders over $5 are protected with Hobby Armor or Ding Defender cardboard and packaged in a bubble mailer. Orders valued at $50 or more ship with tracking. Orders valued at $100 or more will require signature at time of delivery.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
All orders placed before 11:00am (CST) each weekday will be shipped out the same day. Depending on the final destination, arrival times will vary.
PRODUCT RETURNS
If you purchase an item and it doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, we'll gladly refund you and send out a bubble mailer with prepaid postage so you can send the card back to us at no extra cost to you. Refund will depend on the card being returned.
CARD CONDITIONS
We do our best to disclose any damage as much as possible. Keep in mind, we're not going to claim that our eye is the best in the hobby. If you missed the damage description (it happens, I don't always read the description either) or it doesn't match what you were expecting, we'll gladly refund you.
