LOVE the make-up on this Cloe! So awesome! Her long BLONDE hair is center parted. She wears a pleather of vintage Bratz clothing, like the fur trimmed hooded coat from 2015 with belt, Gold and white tube top, and those pack pants from the early days; plaid brown and cuffed with satin belt. White winter boots.
