This RTX 3080 is in excellent condition. This is my favorite GPU design by far. Nvidia did a great job with these cards. It is compact, but it can handle more than 300 watts of power draw. It is also built different, literally. The only plastic components on this card are the fans, and they don't even feel like plastic.
Check attached images for thermal performance while running Furmark. It runs cool and quiet.
