This is a Mr Rembrandt drawing toy from Remco. Circa 1970. Includes original box and Mr. Rembrandt, the drawing toy and original paper. No other accessories or pens are included. No instructions.  Untested. The figure looks good as does the battery compartment. Thanks for looking!
