Note: While we aim for global DDP coverage, certain regions (such as Brazil, Taiwan etc) do not currently support this service. In rare cases where DDP is unavailable

? Tracking: To ensure quality, we route all shipments through our logistics hub for final inspection. You will receive your final, active tracking number the moment your jacket is ready for the final leg of its journey to your door.


IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES:
For our international customers, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING POLICY:
We aim to ship your item within the timeframe shown. Most packages are delivered within the expected time after shipping, depending on the chosen delivery method. In some cases, it may take up to 10 days for your item to arrive. If you experience any delays, please contact us, and we will make every effort to track the item or send a replacement if it's lost in transit. Please note that delivery delays could be due to the courier company, but we always ship on the agreed date. If your item misses its delivery date, kindly contact us before opening a case.

RETURN POLICY:

? The item must be in new condition and unmarked. If you receive the item in a damaged or defective condition, it can be returned for a replacement. If you are unsatisfied with the item and wish to return it, the buyer is responsible for paying the postage fees.
