Buyers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, please contact us through eBay. Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the buyer's responsibility. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, Shuffled will cover return postage and issue a full refund.

If you suspect your item has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can open an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf.
