Everything we sell is 100% authentic, 100% brand new
1. Seller to Authenticator (2-5 Days)
Seller Handling: The seller has their own handling time (usually 1-3 business days) to drop the item off.
Inbound Transit: The item is shipped to the authentication center. eBay usually provides the seller with an expedited label (FedEx or UPS), which takes about 2-3 days.
2. The Authentication Process (1-3 Days)
Intake: Once the package arrives at the facility, it has to be scanned and "checked in."
Inspection: Experts typically aim to complete the physical inspection within 2 business days of receiving it.
Backlogs: During peak seasons (like the holidays or major sneaker drops), this stage can stretch to 5+ days.
3. Authenticator to You (2-4 Days)
Shipping: Once the item passes, it is repackaged and shipped to you.
Speed: eBay uses expedited, tracked shipping for this leg of the journey.
Signature: For high-value items (typically over $750), a signature is required, so someone will need to be home to receive it.
