I wound it and rocked it and it went a couple seconds and stopped. The more I rocked it, the longer it ran. The 4th time I rocked it it ran for about 25 seconds. So, it needs some expert attention. Maybe just a cleaning/service? I have no idea. Visually it's nice. The movement is "U.S. ARMY AIR CORPS" marked. Apparently, it's been placed in an exhibition case. This is a very desirable 4992B, 22 jewels, movement adjusted to temperature and 6 positions. It needs a little work, but a great early WWII military watch.
