What a good-looking top from Eileen Fisher in a terrific fabric, and frankly the topper seems nearly long enough to be worn as a dress [if you are bold!]. Here is the Ballet Neck Tunic in Midnight, which is a very dark blue. The style features a stretchy material, relaxed and slightly A-line structure, and a lovely drape. The fabric is the EF signature Viscose Jersey: "A fluid, body-skimming knit with a touch of stretch. Polish that's right for any occasion." It's also machine-washable ~~ and made in the USA. The material is a blend of 92% viscose and 8% spandex, so it is made for a flattering drape.
