Large Brass finish Metal Heraldic Plaque Lavinia Mary Fitzalan-Howard Duchess of Norfolk 1995. In used condition with wear, scuffs and marks. I am not sure what its origin use was. It might have been a protype or it might be a second (the base of the buckle is possibly incorrect????) . It was purchased from a house clearance in the Cotswolds and I have no provenance or history. It measures approximately 81 cm x 26 cm.
