In vintage condition with very good teeth ( probably HSS , tools steel as they do not look like carbide ) . There are 2 edges in each of the 2 cutting edges . I wonder if this is reversible ? The throat of the cutter is 30mm and the width is 11.5mm . Diameter of the cutter is 150mm . The bore size is 1 1/4" with a reducer to 31mm . Weights 0.82kg . British made , bought long before the flood of Chinese rubbish .
