Hooks in back at neck at waist. Has layer of tulle under skirt for added fullness. Rosettes at waist are safety pinned on so they are easily removable. 

All manufacturers run differently so see measurements below for best fit

Chest measures approx 10.5" across laying flat from armpit to armpit. 

Waist measures approx 9.5" across laying flat (this can be made smaller by moving clasp closure if needed) 

Overall length measures approx 19.5" from top of shoulder to bottom of hem.
