Board is marked “MONITOR ZAM ASSY 562-936” on the component side and “MAPNET II” on the reverse. This module is used to provide addressable monitoring of a conventional initiating device circuit within a Simplex fire alarm setup.

Loose board only, with visible terminal strip, DIP switch bank, and board-mounted components as shown.
