Shipping

1. Custom steering wheels will be shipped within 10-15 days usually after the payment confirmed.
2. Ambient lights will be shipped within 2–4 days after payment is received.
3. Steering wheels will be shipped by EXPEDITED SHIPPING (DHL/FedEx/UPS) which usually takes 5-10 days delivered to the USA addresses.
4. Customs tax and other fees should be paid by the customers. It's the customer's duty to cooperate with customs checks and clearance.

Warranty

1. Any questions please feel free to contact us, we'll try our best to solve the problems.
2. Items will be checked before packing up, if you unfortunately got a damaged item, please contact us to choose a refund or change to a new one.

Ambient Light Installation

Since installing ambient lights is relatively difficult, please do not attempt installation by yourself if you are not a professional. Installation should be done by a qualified technician.
