This is a used Thor-X Cyclops, 10 million candle power, camo, spotlight in GREAT Condition!!! The SLA lead battery that was in it was completely dead and wouldn't charge so we recycled it. This DOES work, we have a power supply we were able to connect ot the battery terminals to test it. It comes with the original instructions as well. It has a few minor scuffs, scratches etc from storage and use but nothing too bad at all. There are NO cracked or broken parts or areas!!!
