All items purchased through Barcode_Printhead.ebay within 30 days from the invoice date that have not been installed can be returned for refund less a Restock Fee of 15%. Please email Barcode_Printhead's customer service and ship your order to the following address with a copy of your invoice inside the package: (PS:It'll shows the returned address after you apply return requirement.)
Once we receive the return it will be inspected and the refund will be processed.
