Our normal office hours is from Mon-Fri 10:00am - 5:00pm PST except holiday. All emails will be replied in the order was received the following business day. However, we did receive some customers complain that they have not received our emails. Mostly our replies went to the SPAM/JUNK mail box. So please check those mail folder also or use the "contact seller" on your auction page to contact us directly.

Since all our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damage during transit. Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 7 days, NO EXCEPTION.

If the product you received is not what you purchased or it function as intend due to manufacturer's defector whatsoever reason, we will gladly replace it at no charge. However, it is necessary that you can provide a photo to show us the problem before we issue a return label for you. And we must first receive the product, and examine the defective item before an exchange, or refund is processed.

When you received a damage or loss package, please email us immediately so that we can help you to solve the problem ASAP. Once we receive your email, we may file a damage/loss claim against the carrier. Replacement item will be shipped out after we receive the approval confirmation from the carrier. However, if the claim is denied, we will NOT be responsible for the lost package. For the damaged item, we will offer the buyer an exchange only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.

All returned item MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written down on the box/package. Item must be returned and arrived within 14 days after RMA number is issued. Packages unauthorized return will be refused.
