2007 Land Rover Freelander 2 2.2 TD4 Auto – 5 Door – CAT N

Good, honest example for its age. This car is used daily, runs very well, and pulls strongly through all gears. Reliable and capable in all conditions – especially great in the snow.

The car is in good condition overall and has clearly been well maintained. It has had significant work done including timing belt and water pump replacement. MOT passed with no advisories. Only 4 previous owners, with 2 being from the same family.

Known Issues (being completely honest):

- Rear passenger door actuator needs replacing (currently locks/unlocks manually – common issue)  

- Front electric seats not working (likely require coding/programming, as advised)  

- One sill previously repaired; the other has light surface rust starting (cosmetic and easily sorted)  

- Passenger side step trim can come loose if stood on in a certain spot (simple fix)  

- Front spotlights need wiring up  

- A/C needs re-gas after fitting used working compressor.

Also has some age-related marks as expected.

CAT N Information:

Recorded as CAT N due to minor damage (low-speed incident wife reversed her car into it while it was parked on drive)I repaired this myself to the best of my ability and it’s now hardly noticeable – see photos for before and after.
