Art glass vase features a deep cobalt blue glass overlay on a clear crystal base, accented with a 925 sterling silver rim. The body is decorated with vertical prism fluting and lens-cut flutes that expose the clear crystal beneath the blue layer. The sterling silver collar is impressed with a full set of British hallmarks including the maker’s mark "WRA" for William Asprey, the lion passant for sterling silver, the "925" purity mark, the Sheffield assay office rosette, and the date letter "f" for 2005. The vase stands approximately 11 cm (4.25 inches) in height and has a maximum diameter of approximately  9 cm (3.5 inches). The top rim is rolled over the glass edge for a flush fit. The base of the vase is hand-finished with a polished pontil and is etched with the "William Asprey London" brand signature.
