Please see the item description page for shipping costs. There you will find the shipping costs for the first and all other items purchased. When purchasing multiple items, the shipping cost is highest for the first item and lower for the following items.

ATTENTION! A collective invoice can be sent for a maximum of five items at a time. To receive shipping and packaging discounts, all items must be on the same invoice, won and paid for within 4 days.

Make sure the shipping address is correct when paying as you will not be able to change it later.

Items are shipped Monday through Friday.

Items won over the weekend will be shipped Mondays. We will ship your items ASAP, but due to the many orders we receive, they may be dispatched within 2 business days.

International Buyers:

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price and shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office before bidding or purchasing as any additional costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If goods are returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of return and reshipment.

Your satisfaction is important to us.

We offer high quality items at a very good price. However, if they do not meet your expectations, you have 60 days to return them. These must not have been used to return items. In the event of damage to the original condition of an item, it will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

We must be notified in advance for all returns. Items should be returned within 60 days. We recommend using recorded delivery as there will be no refund if items are lost.

ATTENTION!

For items that you return to customs, it is necessary to provide an accurate purchase price and description of each item you wish to return. When filling out a return declaration form, make sure the details you enter are correct. If the details do not match the original invoice of your order, the items will be returned to you.

All items you return should be shipped from the same address where they were received and with the same name of the buyer. In case of mismatches, items will not be cleared by customs and we will not be able to issue a refund.

We can only refund the original price of the item. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Your Responsibilities

All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for the items until they reach us. For this reason, it is best to use tracking when returning. A refund will not be issued if items are stuck or lost in customs.

If we receive the items back, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
