Signed by hand by issue colorist Stan Goldberg, this trading card is JSA authenticated and certified through CGC with a card grade of 9. It is from the The Incredible Hulk Film & Comic Cards trading card set released by Upper Deck in 2003. It is part of the Famous Covers subset (there were 45 in this subset), which came one card per pack. Fresh from CGC, it will be shipped with the utmost care.
About the Artist:
Dick Ayers (1924–2014) was a prolific comic book artist best known for his long association with Marvel Comics during the Silver Age. He began his career in the 1940s and was a frequent collaborator with Jack Kirby, inking many early issues of Fantastic Four, The Avengers, and Sgt. Fury and His Howling Commandos. Ayers was also a key artist on Marvel’s western titles, most notably Ghost Rider, Rawhide Kid, and Kid Colt Outlaw. With a career spanning over five decades, his versatility and steady craftsmanship made him a cornerstone of Marvel’s early success.
