From the 1996 Elmore Colossal Card trading card set by FPG, this card features an image that originally appeared in the D20 adventure Murchad's Legacy.  The card is from the personal collection of acclaimed fantasy artist Larry Elmore and is so noted on the CGC label, which also authenticates his autograph.  Released in 1996, the card itself measures approximately 6 3/4 by 10 inches, is in excellent condition with only minor wear, and will be shipped with the utmost care.  CGC does not grade the condition of colossal cards, but the autograph is certified authentic by CGC as part of their special Signature Series and is also authenticated by CGC as part of the personal collection of Larry Elmore.

Please note- while this has a CGC certification number, only graded collectibles are searchable in CGC's database (and grading 'colossal' cards is not a service CGC offers).  That said, photos, prints, original art sketches not on actual comic books, these colossal cards, etc., are not (currently) verifiable through the database.  However, CGC can still verify authenticity by calling their customer service number and speaking to a customer service representative.
