I do combine shipping. Please wait for an invoice or request one when done.

With the ever-rising shipping cost, I will happily combine shipping for 2 consecutive auctions, but please wait on payment until you are done. Once paid for, I have to ship via eBay's regulations. 

In many areas, it is still cold, so be sure to check local weather before bidding. If insulation is needed, It can be added at an additional cost, but please reach out before paying.

 The plant that is in the picture is the one you will receive.

 It may or may not be blooming at the time of shipping.

If blooms start to fade before shipping, I will go ahead and remove them as they will not survive during shipping.

Shipping Schedule

All payments must be received by Noon (12 pm EST) Sunday for orders to be shipped on Monday.

Shipping charge is for one plant, and an additional plant will be $1 per plant, depending on your location 

The limit per large priority box is 8 - 10 African violets

Each plant is carefully packaged to help protect it during shipping. Once a package is in the care of the U.S. Postal Service, shipping times and handling are unfortunately outside of my control. Delays or lost packages may occasionally occur. If you would like to add extra shipping insurance, I will be happy to do so, but please contact me before paying.

Because these are live plants, it’s normal for there to be a little loose soil or an occasional broken leaf after shipping. This does not affect the overall health of the plant.

If your plant arrives with damage from shipping, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant and the packaging so we can work together on a solution. Please keep the original packaging, tags, and the plant in its original pot until we resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund review, the plant must not be repotted or transplanted before contacting me, and photo documentation is required.

All of my plants come from a registered and licensed nursery in the state of North Carolina.

All plants are grown on-site and not imported or bought from wholesale companies.
