Has the name Billy embroidered on the front (stitching could be removed). Sleeves are zippered so they can be removed. 2 pockets on the outside, 2 pockets on the inside. Has one small hole on the bottom front near the zipper. Outer shell is made with 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material. Also the red material around the large XPO embroidered on the front looks stained. Other than that the jacket is in really good condition. See pics.
