For your consideration is a beautiful CUTCO Knife & Scissors 13 Slot Block.  This is solid oak in a honey oak color.  It weighs nearly 5 lbs. by itself.  

An identical new knife block sells for $200 on the Cutco website.  It is item #1744.  

This knife block has been used and shows just a bit of wear but is in very good condition.  I did not clean or oil this block in any way before listing it.  One of the rubber feet was missing when I purchased this, so I replaced it but it's not quite as thick as the original ones and the block rocks a bit.  It also has "07" written in silver on the bottom black plastic piece, but I do not know why it's there.  From a smoke-free home.
