Shipping Information
All of our items are professionally packed by one of our mechanics and shipped with full insurance coverage. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday. Items purchased on weekends will ship the following Monday.
All bicycles and wheels are shipped via Fed Ex. Smaller items are shipped using USPS.
Domestic Purchases
We ship all orders via FedEx or USPS. Tracking information will be emailed
as soon as item is shipped.
Any item over $300 requires signature confirmation.
All of our shipping prices are for the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii,
US Protectorates, and APO/FPO shipments are subject to additional charges. Please message us for an exact Quote.
Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy on all of our items purchased. If you are unhappy with an item, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned but buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns that are not the fault of Orange County Cyclery should you change your mind.
