Wrinkles on the canvas, Wrinkles on the inside lining. Fading on the hardware, little cracks on leather strap and piping. The original leather strap have large cracks so I bought replacement on eBay from a reputable seller who sells high end bags. If you desire to include the original straps, let me know.
