This auction is for a unique American League game used baseball from Spring Training in 1995.  This ball came from the lifetime collection of umpire Dallas Parks.  Most of his Major League career was from 1979-1982, but he was called to service a few additional times.  This was one of them.  There was a player lockout that cancelled the 1994 World Series, and there was a continued lockout, that threatened the 1995 season.  This ball came from the 1st game of the 2nd round of Spring Training, that was with regular Major League players.  The game was played on 4/15/95.  Mr. Parks wrote a note on top of the baseball box, which comes with the ball, and the ball was inscribed by Mr. Parks(see photos).
