Business Hours (Japan Time):
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Business hours are 10:00–19:00. Replies may be delayed outside these hours.
Product Condition Disclaimer:
While all items are carefully inspected, condition descriptions reflect the subjective opinion of our staff. We mainly check for major exterior damage. Minor flaws or general wear on second-hand items may be overlooked but do not affect functionality.
Please refrain from purchasing if you:
We strive to make product colors appear as close to reality as possible. Some products are photographed in natural light and adjusted. However, actual colors may vary depending on lighting, monitor settings, and viewing environment. There may also be a scent typical of second-hand goods.
Returns & Exchanges:
For returns or exchanges, the original receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items must be returned in original condition, including packaging and accessories. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility if the reason is "not as expected" or similar.
