This listing is for a Brand New (without tags) Harley Davidson laptop backpack. I don't believe the bag has ever been used, but the nylon webbing portion of the right shoulder strap has some significant fraying. 

The bag features 4 zippered pockets (including the main compartment), a laptop sleeve, beverage holder, adjustable shoulder straps, and a carry handle. It's also very lightweight.
